Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website. We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we've built in
Semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus, skip links, labelled forms with announced errors, sufficient color contrast, support for zoom and reflow, right-to-left layouts for Pashto, Dari, and Arabic, and respect for your reduced-motion setting.
Optional tools
The accessibility panel offers text size, high contrast, an alternative reading font (Lexend), reduced motion, underlined links, and a reading guide. These tools are optional; the site is designed to work with your own browser and assistive technology.
Interactive visuals
Interactive visuals, such as the connected-systems map, have equivalent buttons for keyboard and screen-reader users.
