These Terms of Service govern your use of the STANIK LLC website and services. By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms.

Use the website and services lawfully. Do not interfere with their operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or upload harmful or malicious content.
Intellectual property
Website content, the STANIK name, and the STANIK logo belong to STANIK LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Content you provide for a project remains yours. Ownership of completed work transfers to the client as set out in the project agreement, normally upon full payment.
Projects and payment
Paid services are provided under a written agreement or statement of work that defines scope, deliverables, schedule, and fees. Work begins after the agreed deposit or payment. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a change order. Delays in client feedback may extend schedules, and projects without client communication for more than 30 days may be placed on hold.
Tools and assistant
The Project Planner, AI Readiness Assessment, and STANIK Assistant provide general, exploratory information only. They are not quotes or professional advice. Final scope and recommendations come from STANIK in writing.
No guarantees
Website content and service descriptions are for general information. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue, search rankings, or traffic. Any estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Third-party services
Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, payment processors, and software tools. Their terms and policies apply to their services.
